The combined solution is structured to assist clients with complying with Australia’s complex employment laws and regulations. The insurance solution is included as part of a full-service outsourced HR function and is designed to protect clients from employment related claims – including discrimination, bullying and unfair dismissal.

In practice users of the service have access to unlimited advice on up-to-date employment practices policies and procedures which also includes things like training and general consultation services. This comprehensive advice is then backed up via employment practices costs and expenses protection of up to $250,000 to cover legal expenses and damages for individual claims in the event all advice was followed yet a claim was to arise.

AUD250,000 of employment practices costs and expenses underwritten by Frontier Global Underwriting on behalf of Scor Syndicate 2015 at Lloyd’s.
